Hampshire business village/office park

Promote the land surrounding the business village to the local authority

Our role:

  • Negotiated terms for the new leases

  • Promoted and marketed offices to prospective tenants

  • Project managed multiple refurbishments of the office spaces

  • Worked with architects, planners and the local authority to secure planning permission

  • Liaised with current tenants regarding Covid-19 and ensuring full rents are paid

Successfully obtained a planning allocation for expansion of the office park, and progressed the expansion project
